Step back to the days of old when air races and daring flights broke the news, Shirley Temples were ordered at every soda fountain, and King Kong dominated the screen. The Golden Age of Aviation is taking over the Miami Valley this September. The WACO Air Museum is holding its 24th annual Fly-in September 18-20.
Pilots from around the nation will join in the celebration landing on WACO Air Museum’s 2,400 ft. grass runway. Visitors can enjoy watching planes land, taking a biplane ride themselves, sampling food trucks, and enjoying children’s activities on Saturday and a Corvette Car Club show on Sunday.
