Butler County Warbirds Re-opens

With the ongoing public health concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), BCW INC will be resuming all normal operations beginning on June 13th, 2020. All ride participants and visitors are required to provide and wear face masks/coverings at all times. To reduce surface contact, we are not providing loaner headsets to ride participants. Please bring your own aviation headset or hearing protection (ear plugs recommended).

If you had a ride scheduled during the current pandemic that was cancelled and you need a reschedule, please contact 513-702-3062 to reschedule your flight. If you have a gift certificate or deal site voucher (Groupon, etc) that expires between March 1st, 2020 and June 30th, 2020, we will still honor these until December 31st, 2020.

Butler County Warbirds is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that depends on income from these rides to support our operations. We ask that anyone who holds any voucher or gift certificate to not seek a refund, as that will cause financial distress to our organization. Given the uncertain nature of this pandemic, we are willing to adjust the expiration dates to accommodate our patrons in a safer environment with sufficient flexibility. We appreciate your understanding and we ask that everyone be safe.
