Footnote from the Mound Cold War Discovery Center:

We are looking for a guest speaker to speak at the Mound Cold War Discovery Center on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 7pm as part of the Mound Seminar Series.  Previous lecture topics include Isotopes at Mound, History of Beer, the Latest Research on RTGs, the Story of Francis Gary Powers, Calorimetry at Mound, Department of Energy Legacy Management, Charles Kettering, Solar Ponds, and Bismuth Crystals. All science and history topics are welcome.  I have attached the poster for February’s lecture.  These lectures are free and open to the public.  Typically, we see a dozen to fifty attendees.  If interested, please contact Dr. Bob Bowman at rcbjr1967@gmail.com.
