• Discovering Flight" Activities

Open Kids Labs: June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Science Saturday: June 21, 1–3 p.m.

June's Open Kids Labs will focus on the science of remote control, which is crucial in aviation because it enhances safety, efficiency, and precision by enabling operators to manage aircraft systems and unmanned vehicles—e.g. Mars rovers—from a distance. Can't join us in the Lab? Your child can participate virtually with our Mars Rover activity. This activity teaches kids sequences of commands to the Mars Rover and the collection of data during expeditions!

On Science Saturday, we will be looking at remote control and circuits that help the aviation industry remotely pilot aircraft.
