Festival of Warbirds! Showcasing more than 10 flying WWII aircraft!

The Tri-State Warbird Museum proudly presents the Warbird Flying Showcase happening on September 19, 2026.  This year’s Festival of Warbirds will be showcasing more than 10 flying WWII aircraft! This family friendly activity brings history to life.  A food truck and beverage stations will be on-site to offer food and drinks available for purchase. Be sure to bring your own folding chairs or a picnic blanket to sit on our lawn in front of the runway!


  • General Admission  $60

  • Veteran Admission  $30

  • Member Admission $55

  • Kids are FREE!  (17 years and younger)


    Doors will open at 2:30P and wheels up at 3:30P


    What will be flying?


The lineup we have come up with (subject to change) is packed with rare and amazing aircraft including:

  • Beechcraft C-45 Expeditor

  • Boeing PT-17 Stearman

  • Curtiss-Wright P-40M Kittyhawk

  • Focke-Wulf Fw 190

  • Grumman HU-16C Albatross

  • North American AT-6 Texans

  • North American TB-25N Mitchell

  • North American P-51D Mustang – “Cincinnati Miss”

  • Piper J3C Flitfire

  • Piper L-4H Grasshopper


Rules for Event:

  • There is no smoking or vaping permitted on Museum grounds.

  • Please do not touch or climb on exhibits, vehicles, displays or aircraft.

  • No kites, drones, quad-copters or similar machines may be operated on Museum grounds.

  • No segways, hoverboards, scooters, golf carts, ATVs, bicycles, unicycles, skates, skateboards, roller blades, or other motorized vehicles are NOT permitted on Museum grounds (this does not include mobility assistive devices).

  • No pets (only service animals will be permitted on Museum grounds).

  • No hard sided coolers. Food trucks will be on-site .

  • No alcohol, narcotics, other illegal drugs may be brought onto Museum grounds.

  • No popup or pole tents may be brought in.

  • No weapons may be brought in by the general public, period attire or otherwise.

  • No generators, grills, BBQ equipment, cooking or open flames are permitted.


Program and Event Cancellations & Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Warbird Flying Showcase are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, performer changes, schedule adjustments, or personal circumstances. Ticket purchasers consent to onsite photography for event marketing purposes. All aircraft appearances and flight demonstrations are subject to change without notice due to weather, maintenance, or operational requirements. We appreciate your understanding and support of this unique aviation event.
