See the Global Positioning System and Its Impact Exhibit at the National Museum of the USAF

We take for granted that a quick look at our phone will tell us exactly where we are at the moment, and help us find the way to our destination. Long gone are the days of unfolding (and even worse, trying to re-fold) a map, looking for route signs, and stopping to ask directions. A visit to this 700 sq. ft. exhibit at the NMUSAF will give you the chance to look deeper into the workings of GPS and the Air Force's role in its implementation and development. Learn how it all works, and enjoy videos and a GPS quiz game.
