Grab your water bottle and yoga mat to keep your New Year's resolution and exercise with us! Starting in January 2026, join us on Saturday mornings for an invigorating series of wellness sessions held right beneath the Museum's iconic historic aircraft. These community-friendly events are designed to cater to participants of all fitness levels and are the perfect way to kick-start your weekend.

Each session will be led by experienced local instructors in a range of wellness activities, from yoga and Zumba to stretching, mobility exercises, and mindful movement. These events will foster a sense of connection, well-being, and mindfulness in a unique and inspiring setting.


Registration: Space is limited, and registration is required for this free and popular event by clicking here. Please note: The registration link will remain the same each month, but you will need to register separately for each session. New registration for each month's session will open on the day of the preceding event, and this schedule will continue throughout the year.


January 10Session: Fundamental Flow, Activity Type: Vinyasa Yoga, Overview: Fundamental Flow is a lighthearted, flowing practice that celebrates the foundations of yoga. It’s accessible for everyone and is guaranteed to bring a sense of ease, fun, and uplift to your day.


February 7Session: Stretch and Tone, Overview: Stretch and Tone is accessible for all levels and blends isometric exercises, low-back strengthening, mat Pilates, yoga, and focused core work. This low-impact, low-intensity class helps build strength, improve flexibility, expand range of motion, and melt away stress.


Calling All Instructors: Lead the Way in Wellness! We’re inviting local fitness instructors to be part of this exciting new initiative! If you're passionate about wellness and enjoy leading inclusive, fun sessions, we’d love for you to be a part of Fitness Under the Wings. Whether your expertise lies in yoga, Zumba, stretching, or any other movement-based wellness activity, we want to hear from you! Registration info here!
