Description:

Discover the history the James Webb Telescope has made. Using Origami participants will see one of the challenges with putting a telescope into space. This program is a children's program. An adult must accompany children during this program and tour.  Join the Museum Educator in the STEM Inspiration Center to learn about the the history of the James Webb Telescope and complete and Origami craft seeing first hand how NASA uses Art, Math, and Science as one. Following the presentation take a guided tour with the museum educator. Presentation starts at 2:00PM tour follows at 3:00PM. The Armstrong Air & Space Museum’s Talk & Tour program offers visitors a unique opportunity to explore the wonders of aviation and spaceflight through an engaging two-part experience. Each session begins with a presentation by a knowledgeable staff member, delving into fascinating space topics. Following the talk, guests embark on a guided tour of the museum, where they can see artifacts up close and gain deeper insights into the exhibits. This immersive program provides an enriching experience for space enthusiasts of all ages.
